Yugh people is not extinct. Refer to 2002 Census. ---- Axxn

i noticed that too but i did not take off the list. but i discovered Yugh people had two groups left one had sole survivor the other only had 1 family 25 members or less so i figured i better not take off list instead i changed the scope of the article to include members of 100 people or less which is immenent exstinction vortex less than 200 years of time left on earth. 7 generations if there lucky. so now we will have a list of the groups that are exstinct and thos that are down to the last survivors 99.51.212.6 (talk) 17:12, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

Hardly anything is more offensive than calling a group of people who are alive and fighting for recognition today extinct when they are not. Do take caution. Ancient Infant (talk) 09:33, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

Is there a comprehensive list of supposedly extinct human populations on wikipedia?[edit]

If not, I suggest we start one... Please be in touch if you would like my help in compiling such a list as this is a subject near and dear to my area of academic research expertise and I have begun such a list, personally. So far this is the only such list I have found. Ancient Infant (talk) 09:33, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

your welcome iv continued to update this artical as promised when i orinally had check back in here in 3 and a half year in the next decenial census but the russian authorities bumped up the date by 2 less years so we would have had to wait even 6 more months from now. i glad you liked it then its even better now in 2010 with more coverage from the 2010 census. also i added a new ethnic group to the extinct its called volga bulgars. 76.244.151.164 (talk) 14:39, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
