References[edit]

A small number of pdf references got mangled in the conversion. I think that I found all of these and have repaired them accordingly, but if I have missed any they are at http://sharkattackfile.net/spreadsheets/pdf_directory/ . Moondyne (talk) 14:54, 2 April 2014 (UTC)

Fuzzy data in South Australia section[edit]

Hi, I've done some work on this topic previously over at Shark attacks in South Australia and wanted to point out a couple of errors within the SharkAttackFile.net records.

The first of these shown below (1855) is an inaccurate duplication of a single incident at Port Wakefield that year, and can be removed.

The second lists Corio Bay, Port Phillip as the location, which is not in South Australia, but rather the state of Victoria. It would be good for consistency if SharkAttackFile.net was notified of these errors and this wiki and their database were both updated accordingly.

Reported 9 April 1855 SA Port Wakefield Fell overboard from the Malacca child Female The Argus, 4/9/1855
1864 SA Corio Bay, Port Phillip Swimming Mr. Warren, Jr. Male Presumed but shark involvement not confirmed The Argus, 11/24/1868

Great work setting up this list. Moondyne. Danimations (talk) 09:24, 5 September 2014 (UTC)
