Untitled[edit]

This list is not that simple. It solely based on http://www.royalark.net/Tahiti/tahiti.htm. There was no numbering of monarchs and Tapoa I was not the first king of Bora Bora. There two other high chiefs during this period Mai and Tefaaora with actual power. And Tapoa I and Tapoa II's domain in Tahaa was more important. I think either Tapoa I or Tapoa II or both ruled Raiatea, Tahaa and I guess Bora Bora at one point. Mai only relinquish his power to Tapoa II in Bora Bora because the latter lost Tahaa to Raiatea. Also early records speaks about a King Puni who also seem to be a paramount ruler of more than one island.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 09:17, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
