Creation of article[edit]

I have created a draft article at User:Jamskappa/sandbox/List of places in Western Australia by population, and I would like to move it here. Are there any reasons why not. Almost all of the statistics are referenced, it is explained how things are put into each of the lists, and it provides a lot more than the List of cities in Australia by population article. This is probably something that should be discussed at WP:AWNB. These articles were first created several years ago and the WA article was deleted several times, which I why I redirected it.
