Incorrect dates/Missing shows[edit]

You need to name some specific examples of problems with information in this list if you expect anybody to actually take any action on them. I'm not going through the entire list to verify every title in it, but on a random spotcheck of several titles I didn't find a single one that was problematic at all — so if you have an issue with anything in the list, you need to point out what your specific problem is. Note that for the purposes of "Lists of programs broadcast by [television network]" lists on Wikipedia, the distinction between "original" and "acquired" programming is not a question of whether the network directly produced the show in-house or bought it from an outside production studio — it is a question of whether TVO was the originating broadcaster or bought secondary rebroadcast rights to programming that had previously been aired by another television network. For example, Backyard Beats is not "acquired" just because it was externally produced by Bristow Media instead of being produced in-house by TVO Kids itself — it is original to TVOKids, because TVOKids was the commissioning broadcaster and the series did not previously air on CBC or PBS or Treehouse or YTV or Qubo. Yes, inside the television business the distinction between an in-house production and a commissioned production matters — but it doesn't matter to the home viewer, who only needs to know whether TVO was the first broadcaster of the program or not. So our lists are structured on the latter distinction, not the former.

But this list was clearly and erroneously structured the other way, with only a few internal TVOKids productions listed as "original" while nearly all current TVOKids programming was listed as "acquired" even though much of it is actually TVO-exclusive — so for the time being I have collapsed the "original vs. acquired" distinction into a single "current programming" list. It can be split back up again if somebody with more time and energy to devote to the task can do it properly, but just a reminder that the distinction that matters for our purposes is "was TVOKids the first network to air this show?", not "did TVOKids directly produce the show itself at Canada Square?"
