2004 post[edit]

In response to the last edit summary, this list's format was inherited from the list of people on stamps, which I've just redesigned. I'm not sure if the list here would ultimately be so long as to need multiple sublists; [1] mentions a handbook with 3,500 named vessels as of 1990, longish by WP standards but not outlandish. Any chance of B to Z?
