List was way too cluttered.

- Dickie Scotland and Bruno are not compositions or songs. They're just on-the-spot jams. 
- Punch Me in the Eye and Punch You in the Eye are the same song.
- Acoustic Army's proper title is The Real Taste of Licorice.
- Roll Like a Cantelope is not a different song. It's Run Like an Antelope with a twist on the words.
- Chaldkust Torture Rr=eprise is not a song. It's Chaldkust Torture with a different melody.

I disagree with the Chalkdust statement. Chalkdust reprise has a different chord progression, a different beat, different lyrics (i.e. the only line in it is "Chalkdust Torture"), and it doesn't feature only major tonality. I think it should be considered a separate song.

Rare originals[edit]

Originals that never were released or performed are still valid. They are still original Phish songs, and they were circulated all over Phish bootleg culture in 1996 (Billy Breathes sessions), 1998 (Ghost sessions) and 2002 (Round Room sessions). Trey Anastasio has performed Somantin on his solo tour, and Rebirth was performed sans lyrics in 1999. Weelky Time was also performed by Mike solo. These are real compositions written, arranged and recorded by Phish......and circulated by fans. No need at all to erase them

Fair use rationale for Image:List of Phish songs.jpg[edit]

Image:List of Phish songs.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion.
