Township and borough are different places; their census data are confused here[edit]
I believe that U.S. Census data for Liverpool Township have been mixed up with data for the borough of Liverpool. The borough is an incorporated place, so data for it are reported in a "cities and towns" data set. The township is a "minor civil division," found in a different data set.
