Mixed-Up Citation Systems!?[edit]

Why are there both non-hyperlinked parenthetical citations and Wikipedia footnotes in this article? In one place, the two systems are used in the same spot: "(6)[3]". PLEASE STOP THE MADNESS! - (talk) 03:02, 6 March 2010 (UTC)

I don't know where to start- The whole article is a load of nonsense- with multiple medical inaccuracies. It doesn't read well at all. Whole article should be scrapped and rewritten from scratch. (talk) 18:49, 10 January 2011 (UTC)wombatdoc

The URI sections seems quite biased to smoking being the main cause. It felt a little preachy and lacked references for statements. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 22:32, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
