As far as I can tell the origin of the Tetrazzini dish has not authoritatively been traced to San Francisco. That's the common story, but as with many dishes there is little conclusive evidence of the exact circumstances of invention. If you find a truly authoritative source, as opposed to sources where people speculate or repeat rumors, by all means cite it here! Wikidemo 02:10, 11 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
