@Luisgui: I encourage you to be bold and include that information as it is certainly relevant. Currently the article talks mainly about the schism and could certainly use more information about the journal itself and its history. If you do decide to add other information, make sure to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's verifiability policy. The Academic Journals WikiProject also has resources to help.
