Casting
[edit]@DonnaArrabbiata: There is disagreement about the casting of this film. Scrolling the archived versions of the film's IMDb page, I note that Rob Huebel was listed until November 2022, and was replaced with Tim Daish sometime in February 2023. A Google search shows sources split; some list Heubel, others list Daish, and at least one Rolling Stone lists both actors in the cast. Some clarification is needed. It is possible both actors appear in the cast, with Huebel playing Kristin's husband, and Daish playing a role named 'Paul'; it is not clear these are the same role. I think the current page, listing both actors, is possibly the best option (although Daish is not a notable actor, so listing him in the cast is questionable). - It does appear that Tim Daish plays Kristin's husband from the trailer (it looks like the guy to me). I have removed the description next to Rob Huebel's name but he could still be in the film. The sources are from 2021 and early 2022 about him being in the cast. When I was creating the article and doing research I did no see any news about a recasting, but I will keep looking for details for clarification. Mike Allen 16:39, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
It was a last minute casting change. I personally know Tim Daish. How does one cite primary sources? Because an actor isn’t notable in your opinion, you can revert it? Do we have to wait for the movie to come out to prove it to you? DonnaArrabbiata (talk) 17:52, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
- It's not that I don't believe you, it's that Wikipedia has to go by third party reliable sources. The film can be used as the primary source, once it is released. Right now we have both actors listed (just no character name) but we can wait until the film is released to provide the roles, if no information comes forward in the meantime. Thanks for pointing it out. Mike Allen
- (edit conflict) @DonnaArrabbiata: You'll need to provide a reliable source to verify that Daish replaced Huebel in the cast. As the article currently stands, both actors are listed. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 18:07, 7 March 2023 (UTC)
Now that the film has released and reviews are coming, it turns out that Heubel is not in the final product. Nice to have reliable sources for this finally. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:30, 13 April 2023 (UTC)
