I see Mariage D'amour in an album in 1979, so maybe it is not created in 1987 and first performed in 1994. https://www.discogs.com/Richard-Clayderman-Lettre-A-Ma-M%C3%A8re/master/156106

and what about the real spring waltz?[edit]

Is there a (real) spring waltz written by Chopin which is something completely different or doesn't it exist at all? —84.147.106.84 (17:02, 25 July 2017)

No, there is no Spring Waltz written by Chopin. ITeachThem (talk) 23:55, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
To even think of that is absolutely foolish. Any student familiar with Chopin knows that Chopin never named his works. It's not even a waltz. This shows how dangerous modern spread of information is. Now hundreds of millions of people think it's a piece by Chopin due to a simple clickbait YouTube video. Now if you applied the same ignorance to other aspects of life, you could start actual wars. Oh wait... --82.207.237.48 (talk) 17:36, 21 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Removed Youtube related comments[edit]

Removed content relating to misnaming of the piece on Youtube. Reason: No original research. See WP:NOR for info. Please use reliable secondary sources instead such as a news post on the topic. 2001:14BA:2F8:F700:18C7:3F3F:86DC:AC6 (talk) 13:57, 10 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, all the misunderstandings started on YouTube, so it's impossible to refer to the problems without mentioning the platform. No scientific writer is going to cover it in their thesis. --82.207.237.48 (talk) 17:44, 21 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
