Missing info[edit]

Wouldn't it make sense to mention that he achieved the rank of general at some point, since the city of General Rodríguez, Argentina and General Rodríguez Partido are named after him? That fact should also be mentioned here, of course. Gene Nygaard (talk) 12:37, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
