Palau joins ITU

On 19 September 2024, the Republic of Palau became ITU's 194th Member State (see https://tribune-intl.com/the-republic-of-palau-becomes-itus-194th-member-state/).

Unfortunately I don't know how to edit Wikipedia tables, so maybe somebody who knows how could do it?
