Nuchal Rigidity[edit]

What about fever? Why isn't this in the "triad?" This is present earlier than nuchal rigidity and is present ~90% of the time.

are rashes a symptom as well for spinal meningitiis?[edit]

Are rashes commonly associated with spinal meningitis?
