Re: Brian Blessed (Fancy Smith in Z Cars )- wasn't he from Thurnscoe, not Mexborough? Ring Gerry Auty up and ask him, he lives on Church Street, Swinton, and is related to Brian.

I think he was born in Mexborough (Montague) but lived in Thurnscoe.

He certainly lived in Mexborough whilst he was a member of the Green Room players ( local amateur dramatic society ), living on Alexandra Road.

Info box changes and change spamming[edit]

Guys, can you STOP edeiting the info box and then undoing the changes? If there is a problem with the differing versions of info boxes, here is the place to discuss it.

Carrying on as you are right now, which is like a bunch of 5 year olds, is the right way to get the topic locked.
