Friandises

I cut this text which refers to something else. Not worth creating a separate article for Friandise I thought as I don't think it's a term used in English AFAIK. 93.96.236.8 (talk) 13:02, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Friandises" are larger and it is also a blanket term for sweets. Friandises are generally bought at a sweet counter or at the supermarket as treats for consumption throughout the day. They are usually sweet things for humans but the term has been adopted for pet food as delicacies or treats for cats and dogs.
