Made the following modifications based on the Editor's feedback:
1. Added references to reliable 3rd party sources (Japan Times) and Raindance festival sites.
2. Regarding notability, I have a question: Mike's Inter FM Radio program has a wide audience in Japan and could be listened to by anyone within Japan (esp., Tokyo and Nagoya areas). I guess this would be indicative of his notability which should not be restricted only to online articles?
