Yes, they are 4-year terms, so these positions are up for election again in November, 2009. Except for the Library Board, which has been eliminated due to a merger (hostile takeover, IMO) by the Hennepin County Library system. T-bonham (talk) 17:25, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
