Proposed Content[edit]

Mirrorshades can refer to:

{{disambig}} Mirrorshades was also a song by Information Society, I think it was from the album HACK.

So what's the history of this product, does anybody know? This is merely conjecture on my part: but due to NASA's extensive work on reflective visors during the 60s, my guess would be that they pioneered a lot of this technology prior to its being offered on the open market. If this were true, it would seem that the prototypes for the mirrored sunglasses would be tested on and be popular with the astronauts, long before being identified with being "cop shades". — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 21:21, 11 March 2012 (UTC)

Do the sunglasses have to be tinted for the mirror effect to work? [Macossay: 02May2013] — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 15:15, 2 May 2013 (UTC)
