THE CONTESTANTS SHOULD BE UPDATED FROM THE OFFICIALLY MR. WORLD WEBSITE. http://mrworld.tv/index.php/en/2009contestants

    • Not an issue, ALL beauty pageant articles in Wikipedia are updated from websites that specialize on them, Mr World is not an exception.
      • NO WONDER WHY IT ALWAYS HAS A MISTAKE BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE THINK THEY KNOW BETTER....LMAO
        • If there are mistakes, they come from newspapers used as sources, not the websites. Indeed, they are people that "know better" based on experience, it happens on every industry including beauty pageants. And please write without the caps, it shows lack of professionalism.
          • IF THERE WOULD BE MISTAKES,WHY DO YOU GUYS KEEP UPDATING FROM NEWSPAPERS,INSTEAD OF OFFICIALLY WEBSITE? YOU GUYS HAVE EXPERIENCES,WHY DO YOU KEEP REPEATING THE SAME MISTAKE? BY THE WAY,WRITING WITH CAPS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT AN ISSUE ON THIS MATTER.
            • You are generalizing too much, mistakes happen sometimes but not always like you seem to imply. Anyway, it seems that you're the only one that has a problem. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.150.249.45 (talk) 16:23, 9 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
              • I COME HERE TO MAKE A SUGGESTION TO MAKE IT BETTER AND NOW YOU EXCUSE ME OF BEING THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS A PROBLEM.HOW PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE!!!!!!...AS A MATTER OF FACT; I MIGHT BE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM BECAUSE I DO CARE BUT I AM NOT THE ONE WHO MAKES A PROBLEM!!!!
                • Go back to the Voy forum where you came from, I'm not going to waste my time arguing. You are way out of touch. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.150.248.104 (talk) 12:15, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
                  • OF COURSE,YOU CAN'T ARGUE BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T ACCEPT THE FACT THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM....BY THE WAY,I AM NOT FROM THE VOY FORUM. I HARDLY GO THERE ACTUALLY BUT IF I WERE,WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT? AND WHO ARE YOU? MISS KNOW BETTER 2009?
What the crap. stop using caps. and stop arguing. that is not what this page is for. thanks. 74.167.245.190 (talk) 19:50, 16 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Obviously, you are the crap...They have stopped arguing...Mind your own business,idiot....Thanks.

Calling someone an idiot is making yourself an IDIOT so just shut up and listen, even professionals make mistakes but not the kind of mistake I just witnessed in the official website, how can you afford to write A WRONG NAME FOR MR. WORLD KENYA? The name is LWANDA KOTENGO not LINANDA KOTENGO,someone better look into this before its too late because when the voting starts this wont be good at all. He won't listen to you.Even he already made a mistake.I told him in the first place THAT ALL THE CONTESTANTS SHOULD BE UPDATED FROM THE OFFICIALLY MR. WORLD WEBSITE.He said I was generalized too much and he knows better....And now I don't know how to call him when HE ACTUALLY KEEPS REPEATING A MISTAKE. DAH!!!

Dispute[edit]

Okay guys. This isn't working. Nobody minds what arguments exist on other websites. Here we discuss in a friendly social manner to try and decide what is best and most matches Wikipedia's editing policies.

Please

  • Do not remove autosignatures. They tell people who said what. Please sign your post using ~~~~.
  • Do not engage in this kind of unhelpful rudeness.
  • Do not post in caps and argumentatively. Listen, and try to understand how WIkipedia works. If you are not sure or don't agree, then discuss it civilly. A good place if you cannot agree is the Reliable Sources Noticeboard. Resolve your disagreement by asking others on that board if needed, and by referring to site policies on sourcing.

Thanks,

<--I've semi-protected the page for now, Every source I can find including the official site/images etc state the 3rd place winner as the Nigerian and I can't find anything that says differently. The repeated changing of that without any source at all is unacceptable at this point as far as I can tell approaching vandalism. I'm going to be honest and say I didn't see FT2s comment here before I protected (I didn't refresh, after googling around) and if any admin disagrees they are more then welcome to remove it.
