Too many redlinks[edit]

03-Dec-2008: The article has too many redlinks (over 61) to common names that might begin to match new articles about newer people who happen to have those same names. For instance, article "Arabindo Ghose" exists (for Sri Aurobindo); however, there is a recent 1997 author named "Arabinda Ghose" (which shows the danger of name similarity). Some names on Wikipedia (such as "James Smith") have 40 or 60 disambiguation choices. In general, avoid redlinks to names because it is quite likely that an article will be created, later, about another person of that name, totally misleading the redlink to the wrong person. -Wikid77 (talk) 11:49, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
