Fair use rationale for Image:Morgan's.gif

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Wrong date?

The article says Morgan's in Ontario had its store name changed to The Bay in 1964. However, I recall my mother taking me to the store at Bathurst and Lawrence in Toronto, in the late 60s-early 70s, and the Morgan's sign was still up.
