Neighborhood, not city[edit]

I tried to change the title of this article to "Mount Hope, Hamilton, Ontario", because it is apparently a neighborhood, not a city in its own right. Wouldn't that be more proper? I can't figure out how it's done, so maybe somebody else can do that (or state why it would be improper). YellowAries2010 (talk) 21:14, 7 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
