Robert vs Albert[edit]

Can we clarify whether the use of "Einstein" in the text refers to Robert or Albert? While this is an article explicitly about the former, Albert Einstein is so well known by his last name that it confused me a bit. EpsilonCarinae (talk) 01:48, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notability-tagging[edit]

WP:Notability is not inherited. What sets this guy apart, were he not a relative?--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 02:24, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There is plenty of RS coverage, including that referenced in the article and the documentary mentioned. It clearly meets WP:CRIME (still getting written up decades later) and WP:GNG. Catrìona (talk) 02:41, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The case has received significant coverage in the German media. It was a subject of the long-running German TV show Aktenzeichen XY … ungelöst, the Bayerischer Rundfunk made a documentary about it and it received quite a bit of coverage in the German print media:

To name just a few. Robert Einstein himself is probably not notable and doesn't have an article on Wikipedia but the events of the murder of his family are, as evident in the ongoing media coverage of it. Turismond (talk) 02:47, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
