Themes for past NLW not encyclopedic[edit]

"Dates/Themes for National Library Week" -- it's just not encyclopedic. It's merely a list of trademarked phrases, like "@ your library." I'm not sure such a list is encyclopedic, particularly where it has minimal impact on society.
