"yet"? Not yet won a majority? Their culture is defective so no party has yet succeeded in winning a majority?

The governments of Europe are a lot older than PNG. Most of them have not yet had a single party win a majority. What fractious cultures they must have! (talk) 04:29, 19 April 2013 (UTC)Pepper
