Boundaries[edit]

When I first read this, I was quite surprised that the Gare was included. I've always taken the Neustadt to be the area around the Place de la République, and to the north and east of there. But then I found this document that (on p8) seems to imply that the Neustadt almost completely surrounds the Grande Île.
