nevada day is one of the improtant days because ists the day nevada became a state to our union.
In Las Vegas the general consensus is that this holiday is another excuse for government employees to get yet another day off with pay. It is highly questionable as to the constitutionality of Nevada's admission during the Civil War. Tarr1 (talk) 17:51, 30 October 2009 (UTC)
