Scope of article

This page was originally created, per a request on WP:AFC/R as a redirect to 2018 FIFA World Cup. However, this should instead be a set index of other upcoming World Cup events, since the World Cup page is also a disambiguation page, and not a primary redirect to FIFA World Cup.
