lawsuit against publisher after being charged with growing marijuana[edit]

Could the events of the above article maybe have been mistaken and "However his second book was removed from sale due to legal action taken against him." written in the article erroneously? 135.23.232.202 (talk) 12:37, 17 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nicks book was not temovrd from sale due to legal action, nick removed the book from publishing as it spoke at length about his ex wife and was no longer relevant. Missmighty (talk) 14:30, 13 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Numerous additional sources[edit]

Based on subsequent edits and the addition of many additional references, I believe the "Needs additional citations" template warning from 2018 could be removed. Any disagreement? PDGPA (talk) 03:11, 4 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Template removed. The article now cites numerous and varied sources. PDGPA (talk) 23:05, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The subject of this article is notable[edit]

... because of his death row exoneration, and the unusual story that lies behind it. Removing well-sourced information about that topic, and adding unsourced or poorly sourced information that focuses instead on sordid details (true or not) of his personal life, is not constructive and is contrary to the philosophy and standards of Wikipedia. Any change should be supported by a citable, cited reference, and should be briefly summarized and explained in an editor's note to justify the change. Personal accusations don't belong here. Time travel[edit]

The article subject was in jail in 2021, the article says, and after he was released xe went on to settle a court case in 2008, the article says. Uncle G (talk) 10:08, 14 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing out that confusion. Re-edited to clarify. PDGPA (talk) 14:28, 14 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
