"Baluba tribesmen" or South Kasaian forces?[edit]

From the article, the attack was a random encounter between Irish troops and local peoples. Would it be correct, however, to identify the assailants as Baluba soldiers of the South Kasaian army, considering the ethnic base of the state? —Brigade Piron (talk) 15:58, 28 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
