Conservation induced rate hike?[edit]

Is it true that in the 1980s Public Service of New Hampshire was so successful at getting its customers to conserve energy that it later went to the PUC to obtain a rate increase to offset the lost revenue? RJFJR (talk) 20:31, 31 March 2011 (UTC)

Pretty much useless. I filed a bug I'm not sure why I'm not reverting this change. Feel free, or I might do it later if the spirit moves me. jhawkinson (talk) 03:44, 28 December 2016 (UTC)
