Nope - happened on November 9. --mav 06:52, 29 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Could not be confirmed outside of 'this day in history'-type pages (very bad source). --mav 06:52, 29 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Could not be confirmed at all. --mav 06:52, 29 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Err, this is true. The date of this event was even used as Republic Day in SFRY later on. --Shallot 16:54, 21 May 2004 (UTC)

Date is in doubt — see Talk:Ellis Island. Stephen Turner 11:54, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Moved birth from article:

  • 1958 - Michael Dempsey, American musician (The Cure) says on article that he was born on February 29 Party29 21:16, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

Error/ vandalism?[edit]

  1. 1982 - Ashley Force, American Porno Star

Looking at the page about ashley force, it seems clear she certainly isn't in that career type, and even if she was i'm sure the word 'pornography' would be used.... If my assumptions are correct, someone should fix this i guess :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 00:29, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

Fixed. Feel free to fix things like that too. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 03:35, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

Brett Favre[edit]

I added something about being Brett Favre's day. I hope it's okay. It's important! —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 20:38, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

It is a local and non-recurring observance and does not belong. See WP:DAYS. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 20:42, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

C. David Johnson[edit]

He is listed here with a 1982 birth date but his article says 1955. Not sure which is right. --KenWalker | Talk 19:25, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Always go with the article, unless it looks like it was tampered with. In this case, it is pretty clear that he isn't 27. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 19:30, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Leslie Nielsen[edit]

Died today (Novemeber 29) at age 84. Add it in. Yes? —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 07:20, 29 November 2010 (UTC)

Seems he died on the previous day. RIP. Face-sad.svg Winston365 (talk) 21:25, 29 November 2010 (UTC)

why remove All Franciscan Saints?[edit]

mufka! Why did you revert All Franciscan Saints? --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 15:33, 14 November 2015 (UTC)

Please review the criteria at WP:DAYS. Your entry here, and several others on other articles, are not properly supported. Date pages do not use external references and must be fully supported by a linked article. -- Mufka (u) (t) (c) 15:59, 14 November 2015 (UTC)

Sorry, I didn't know that. If I add the referenced information to (say) the article on Franciscans, is a link to the article on Franciscans good enough? --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 20:35, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
