Different TTUDDAG and TTUDDAAG - this is correct names, or this is Unicode table mistake? --Jugydmort (talk) 22:27, 31 December 2012 (UTC)

vs Indic script[edit]

Indic scripts did not have letters for all of Santali's phonemes, especially its stop consonants and vowels, which made writing the language accurately in an unmodified Indic script difficult.

Looking at the phoneme chart in Santali language, it appears to me that the only difficulties are the contrasts ɛ:e, ɔ:o, r:ɽ and perhaps a:ə; all the stops are within the usual Indic repertoire. —Tamfang (talk) 03:12, 27 November 2014 (UTC)
