Runway information is no longer current[edit]

The recent CFS entry (https://imageserver.fltplan.com/afd/Canada/07OCT2021/CFS-852.PDF) for CEA3 indicates that runway 28/10 is now 4000ft long, as is additionally verified by my frequent attendance at said site. If ther is no conflict, I will be making a change to the information. ZachT1234 (talk)
