Citizenship of Mamleev[edit]

in 2004 Mamleev had russian citizenship rather than italian

Yes, probably. I used IOF's web-site "World Cup 2002" – International Orienteering Federation as source for the 2002 World Cup, and it says "2) Mikhail Mamleev ITA 348". There is probably an error in that list, not handling the nation shift properly. We can either "assume" that the list is wrong and change from ITA to RUS, but it's better to also find (and cite) a source that clearly supports it. Oceanh (talk) 01:20, 19 June 2008 (UTC).

Cup vs Championship[edit]

Someone please add to this page an explanation of how the Orienteering World Cup differs from the Orienteering World Championship. --Una Smith (talk) 04:10, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
