Unmentioned is that the US Congress intentionally passed a law allowing the Indians to be cheated. The 1925 change in the law was not to correct an accident. The corruption in this cause went all the way to Washington DC. 2601:181:8301:4510:6DC9:B6B:E5A6:D379 (talk) 03:19, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
