Some reference to back up this POV would be good:

IMO, she was GREAT in Pieces of April and only so-so in Good Night and Good Luck.

She's leased an apartment in NYC knowing full well it's above a working movie theatre and has been complaining constantly about the sound bleed-through. If it's scrolled down you can just search using the name of the actress. I removed a date of birth from the article because it was unsourced. WP:BLPPRIVACY is clear about not publishing dates of birth for living people unless they have "widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object to the details being made public". You might want to use Template:Birth based on age as of date and cite one or more of the references that you mentioned to put the age and year of birth in the article.
