Writing style[edit]

This article has a great deal of referenced information (perhaps overly detailed), but unfortunately it does not read well. I suggest rewriting so that not every sentence begins On such and such a date... --Jameboy (talk) 16:12, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • I agree 300% with you mate, have already majorly re-arranged it! Cheers - --Vasco Amaral (talk) 23:31, 11 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Height[edit]

I'm willing to believe that Pedro might have grown a cm, perhaps after his triumph in the World Cup, but the reliable web sites seem to still say he's 169 cm, for example at FC Barcelona http://www.fcbarcelona.com/web/english/futbol/temporada_10-11/plantilla/jugadors/pedro.html . Is there a reference in support of 170 cm? Zashaw (talk) 00:52, 8 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

An edit request doesn't consist of the complete text of the article, so I have deleted it. You need to say what needs changing, and why. --David Biddulph (talk) 15:49, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Article title[edit]

Would it not be better for the article to be titled 'Pedro Rodríguez (footballer)'? There is no other footballer called Pedro Rodríguez on Wikipedia. Mjefm (talk) 21:33, 12 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

With WP:COMMONNAME, he is known as Pedro by football fans around the world. I have noticed however that there is no other footballers named 'Pedro' who were born in 1987 so I am proposing to do this. Iggy (Swan) 20:34, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Pedro (footballer, born July 1987)Pedro (footballer, born 1987) – There are no other articles whose article is about a footballer known as Pedro who was born in the same year as the player. Iggy (Swan) 20:34, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Mattythewhite, can you explain this edit? Dekimasuよ! 21:46, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I also moved Pedro (footballer, born 1986) (as it is now) to Pedro (footballer, born March 1987). It later turned out that he was actually born in 1986, and therefore the July disambiguator is no longer necessary. Mattythewhite (talk) 21:56, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. In that case, this looks uncontroversial. Support. Dekimasuよ! 23:50, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Uecl[edit]

He won uecl in 2022 154.73.203.135 (talk) 20:36, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No, Pedro joined his current club on 19 August 2021 which was the same day as Roma played their 1st play-off match which was their point of entry. As Pedro was not in the squad for that match he cannot be credited with the Conference League honour and has not won the competition with them. The UECL honour is not included in the honours section either. Iggy (Swan) (Contribs) 21:57, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Records section[edit]

Why can Pedro not have a records section when a lot of other footballers too, especially when the records are notable? 2A00:23C7:7D88:E301:8924:7196:20AE:38FE (talk) 00:54, 13 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
