Find correct name The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere. The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.

Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

Palace of Pena → Pena National Palace – {This should be the most correct translation from the original Portuguese name (Palácio Nacional da Pena). A Google search for "Pena Palace" provides more results than the odd-sounding "Palace of Pena".--Húsönd 13:38, 8 August 2006 (UTC)}[reply]

Many people did much good work on this article, so I don't know who to tell: a convent houses nuns and a monastery houses monks, so if you use monastery you don't have to mention monks again. Thank you, Shir-El too 14:31, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Pena National Palace is a Romanticist palace in Sintra, Portugal, built by Ferdinand II of Portugal on the site of a ruined monastery. The palace stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains, and on a clear day it can be easily seen from Lisbon and much of its metropolitan area. It is a national monument, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and considered one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal. It is also used for state occasions by the President of the Portuguese Republic and other government officials.Photograph: Uwe Aranas
