Why did Philipp Holzmann go bankrupt???[edit]

Why did Holzmann go bankrupt? Wasn't it something to do with massive overinvestment in post-reunification Berlin? But wasn't there also a scandal at the board level having something to do with all this? Can somebody who knows, please put this up? Thanks in advance.
