Why is this page protected?[edit]

I come to this article fairly often and I never have known vandalism as a problem with this page. Why is it protected? User:Jaedza 13:46 CST

I have removed the Vandalism protection notice as its usuage on this page is irrelevant. User:Jaedza 28 July 2005 11:34 CST

So says you. There's an "avril lavigne rox sockz" image from on top of the actual band image. Apparently "Brought to you by The Avril Troll - On return from Wikibreak!" I can't see how to remove it, it didn't seem to leave any html in the box info, so I'm reporting the page. ~~ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.88.67.230 (talk) 05:32, 11 July 2008 (UTC)

Why is everything deleted?[edit]

All the stuff except the 2004 stuff isn't there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.154.76.91 (talk) 03:29, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

New members[edit]

Who is amanda lameche and all these other members people are posting? There's nothing on play-mania about it, so stop doing it unless you find some sources! AtomicMarcusKitten (talk) 00:55, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

I removed all the changes made by the IP as being unsourced. Even if there have been recent changes made to the group's membership, some prose would be necessary. It doesn't make sense to make random unexplained edits to the infobox. Grk1011/Stephen (talk) 03:59, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

Picture[edit]

could somebody upload a picture of the group please? AtomicMarcusKitten (talk) 17:37, 19 September 2010 (UTC)

Other Earlier Acts with the Same Name[edit]

I found this page as a link from the 'survival records' page. The band described here is not the band from the early 1980s who released several 12" singles and an album.

The way trademarks work would be that the first band to use the name has rights to it. (as It is established ) 173.52.142.241 (talk) 00:32, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

That's really irrelevant here. The band's name is Play and former groups with the same name have no affect on the Wikipedia article. If another group were named Play, we would just adjust the disambiguation (which is currently (group)). Grk1011/Stephen (talk) 00:52, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

Improve the page[edit]

I've just done a lot of work to improve this page. This group is probably going to get very big again, so i thought it was needed, but the page still need more work, so please try and help :). 81.97.33.140 (talk) 22:44, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
