did the definition of "debut" change recently?[edit]

the following two sentences both appear in this article, but it doesnt seem like they can both be true:

1.)"He released two studio albums, Catch These Vibes (2017) and TrapStar Turnt PopStar (2019), the latter of which peaked within the top five on the Billboard 200 chart."

2.)"His debut album TrapStar Turnt PopStar was released in May 2019."

why is the second album called the "debut" if it was released chronologically later than the first album???

Girlfriend posted where they were at (Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles) the day of his death.

A video was also circulation that could be PnB Rock’s lifeless body as he was shot moments prior.
