TeX is sophisticated. You don't need to write this:

${\displaystyle x(t)=x_{0}(t)+\varepsilon x_{1}(t)+...\,}$

since you can write this:

${\displaystyle x(t)=x_{0}(t)+\varepsilon x_{1}(t)+\cdots \,}$
