If muskrat is an aquatic rodent of north america (from the dictionary) - then it would seem strange as an eastern european tradition, as they don't exist in eastern europe. Secretlondon 19:42, Dec 4, 2003 (UTC)

It sounds like it is a Polish-American tradition, started by immigrants, rather than in Poland itself. Adam Bishop 19:44, 4 Dec 2003 (UTC)
