Fair use rationale for Image:Put The Light On.jpg

Image:Put The Light On.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

Put The Light On → Put the Light On — Should be moved for correct capitalisation per WP:CAPS and WP:MOSCAPS. The page was moved from the correctly capitalised title to the present location with the rationale "per the cover", but the MOS specifically says that, with very few exceptions, titles and names should "follow standard English text formatting and capitalization rules". There is nothing exceptional or iconic about this particular title. In other words, the text on the album is not the determining factor; the MOS is. ShelfSkewed Talk 01:48, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Support. There's plenty of precedent to MOS overriding the artist's preferred spelling. The word "the" is not capitalized in names of songs, except when it's the first or the last word of the name. See WP:ALBUMCAPS. Jafeluv (talk) 12:27, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
