PCC or PICC
[edit]Even the signboards that points to the place uses PICC, and not PCC (i've never noticed PCC in use). The outskirts of Putrajaya is kinda 'next door' to where i am currently staying. I pass PICC about twice a week. Furthermore, PICC is much familiar with locals than PCC. So, which should it properly be referred to as? PICC or PCC? Kerina yin (talk) 19:51, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
