“ Rather, like other Indigenous, their spiritual functionaries are described by words in their own languages.” (Americas section, North America heading, first paragraph) it is offensive to many marginalized people to be referred to simply by the identity of one of the groups to which they belong (in this case, “other Indigenous”). pls consider changing to “other Indigenous people [tribes, communities, etc depending on intended meaning]” in order to honor Indigenous people as humans. 24.21.52.191 (talk) 04:35, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
